At Wenonah Boot Camp, we specialize in 30-Minute weight loss workouts that will challenge you and deliver results in a comfortable atmosphere.

Our sessions are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with active rest, combined with nutritional guidance and positive accountability.

BOOT CAMP

30-minute Afterburn workouts combine High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post-workout.

TRAINING

One-on-one workouts led by our certified coaches in a motivating and non-intimidating atmosphere. With our personal training program we focus on strengthening, weight loss, stability, and flexibility. The workouts are highly motivating and instructional, while keeping fun.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

30-minute small group training is a fun and motivating alternative to personal training. You still get the individualized attention form our certified coaches, but in a small group atmosphere. The workouts combine strength training with stability and agility. The workouts are fun and inspirational. While working out with others with similar goals, you will build long lasting relationships for the future and get amazing results.
